Kamil has been coaching senior executives, change leaders and others for over a decade. His clients have been from all sectors, and often his coaching work is supporting the leaders of major change initiatives. His approach to coaching is both powerful and sensitive; Believing in peoples' natural resourcefulness, he has an interest in helping clients to understand patterns in their life - from personal history, organisational history, organisational structure and task, roles and relationships, etc. - and how that understanding creates more choices for both thought and action. This focus has been particularly valuable in conditions of uncertainty and ambiguity. Kamil also has an extensive academic experience, having taught at Ashridge Management College, South Bank Business School, Durham Business School, Sheffield Business School. He has been instrumental in the development of an MSc in Organisation Consulting at Ashridge and MSc in Human Resource Development and MSc in HR Consultancy at South Bank. He has written a number of articles and co-edited two books on organisation consulting. Qualifications Kamil graduated with BSc in Cybernetics and obtained an MSc in HR Studies; Cybernetics gave him an interest in and appreciation of systems in general; the Masters enabled him to apply this perspective in organisational contexts. He is also trained in psychodynamic counselling and groupwork, and NLP at master practitioner level.
