Sue Devine:

Sue has a track record of “making things happen and getting things done with people” across organisations as diverse as FTSE 100 and start-ups, government agencies and the NHS and has worked successfully with individuals, cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder partnerships in a variety of development settings.

Sue works with her clients to develop and implement people strategies and infrastructure that meet the challenges of change and growth. Drawing on an extensive background in business, project and change management, Sue helps her clients to design and implement integrated development programmes that enable sustainable performance improvement and create organisations that are “fit for the future”.

Sue has a talent for helping others to find order amid chaos and translating needs into thoughtful action. An experienced coach, mentor and developer of management talent, her collaborative approach enables others to develop skills and knowledge. Whether helping an organisation to reshape or connect differently or to develop teamwork to improve performance, Sue’s energy and her passion for learning and development is readily transmitted to others.

Qualifications

Sue has a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies and MSc in Human Resource Development. She is a trained facilitator and qualified to administer and interpret psychometrics. Sue is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Association of Management Education and Development. Sue is trained in appreciative inquiry processes and is a qualified online mentor with the University for Industry. Sue’s current research interest is into people-centred strategies to support IT-driven change.
